Product Notification

The System of Hygiene, Cosmetics and Perfumes Products Notification was established on the basis of Resolução RDC nº 343, de 13 de dezembro de 2005 . The list of products liable to notification was included in Resolução RDC nº 211, de 14 de julho de 2005, 2000 (in spanish) and its updated versions. This can be found in Annex II of the aforementioned Resolution.
