Cosmetics, personal hygiene products and perfumes consist of natural and synthetic substances or combinations of both, for external use on different parts of the human body (skin, capillary system, nails, lips, external genital organs, teeth and mucous membranes of the oral cavity, with the exclusive or principal purpose of cleaning them, perfuming them, altering their appearance and/or to correct body odours and/or to protect them or to maintain the parts in good condition.
