Regarding Donations and the Exemption from Import Tax Order

>> Documentation required to set in train the procedures for DONATION of goods, products, raw materials and imported inputs.

1) Certificate of the relevant philanthropic organization or registration at the National Social Assistance Council (CNAS).

2) Letter describing the cargo and specifying its quantity, in Portuguese, made official by the Brazilian Consulate;

3) Operation license issued by the Federal District, State or Municipal health authority .

4) Affidavit signed by the technical official of the institution concerned.

5) Copy of the Pro-forma Bill and/or copy of the Packing List;

6) Application made on headed note-paper explaining in clear terms the benefits to be derived from Import Tax exemption.

7) Copy of the Certificate of registration of the product at ANVISA or a copy of the Federal Official Gazette - DOU, if available.

>> Documentation required to set in train the procedures for EXEMPTION of goods, products, raw materials and imported inputs acquired.

2) Declaration of use to which product will be put

3) Copy of the Certificate of registration of the product at ANVISA or a copy of the Federal Official Gazette - DOU, if available.

4) Copy of the Pro-Forma Bill
