Database

Revenues

The Brazilian Sanitary Surveillance Agency provides a fee collection
service (in Portuguese), for on-line access to a printable Fee Collection
Form (GRVS), to be used for paying the Sanitary Surveillance Inspection Fee. The fee is payable through banking channels and is entirely the
responsibility of the user.

Warning: The collection form must not be photocopied. The Brazilian Sanitary Surveillance Agency will only receive original forms. Photocopied forms, even if authenticated by the Bank, will be rejected.
